● Plays Victim to Get Girls

● Sexism/Treatment of Women
- Makes fun of past girlfriends and current girls he is talking to, mainly criticizes their appearance/weight, calls them annoying when they text him and makes up lies about them
- Talks about girls like he owns them, wants them to obey him (Source: Ashley’s texts, tweets)
- Treats Kat badly
- Claims he “changed” Kat from a “selfish bitch” to a “good person”

- Threw food at her too when he became angry at Ashley, also yelled at her for
dropping coins in a store. Kat also cleaned up the mess Shine made after he threw the food.
- Seems to genuinely hate om women who are overweight more than any other group of people. In multiple videos, he criticizes fat people as being lazy, calls them fatasses/fat bitches and seems to judge them entirely on their appearance. Usually criticizes girls on their weight, despite them not even being remotely overweight, and has called women “obese” before despite them not being so. He also attempted to control Ashley’s weight because he was that concerned she could possibly become overweight.
- “Bait, Date, Mate” Game - He explains that the rules of the game are to bait as many girls as possible and have sex with them without them finding out about each other. Interestingly, Shine doesn’t follow the girls he’s talking to or even dating on Twitter so this game could very well go beyond just being a joke in a video, showing that he’s a complete fuckboy.

- Uses “N*” frequently in real life to refer to random black objects and calls Kat “n* Kat” (real life account)
- Referred to a black girl as a “n*” when Ashley told him that this girl knew that
they were friends (real life account)
- Looks down on other Asian people, like Koreans and Chinese. Thinks being part Japanese makes him superior.
- Wrote the N word on a piece of chocolate in the video “BEST WAY TO SPEND VALENTINE’S DAY ALONE!” >3:00 This is a completely unnecessary joke that there is no context for and he’s simply writing the word to be “edgy.” It’s most likely a reference to the iDubbbz situation with Tana Mongeau, but it overall feels very tasteless.
●Attraction towards Young Girls
- To a 15 year old - Talked about sex toys with Ashley, talked about having intercourse, took her to a sex shop, told her about the porn he watched and his fetishes, had sex with her, made her engage in his fetishes by calling him “Master” and bought her a dog collar to wear in public so that it would be like he “owned” her.

- Acted like this whole experience was “troublesome”

- Kat acts like she has stockholm syndrome
- Says things like “Shine is always right” “I love Shine” “Just agree with Shine” “I would die for Shine”
- Does whatever he tells her to, without complaining
- When Kat complains or messes up, Shine gets very angry at her
- Shine humiliates Kat in public by pulling up her skirt and would slap her
ass in front of Ashley, also let Kat sit on his lap in front of Ashley
● Other problems:
- Still shit-talks Lindsay to his friends and new girls, despite the relationship being over for two years, and makes false claims about her.
- Claims that she chased him with a knife, hit him, starved him, abused him while he lived with her.
- Also made negative comments about Joey (TheAnimeMan), Aki Dearest, Sharla (Sharla in Japan), and other girls he was talking to through Snapchat to Ashley.
- In the “I’m Racist.” video, he says that it’s okay to have these opinions and that it’s good that you’re thinking for yourself, but then goes on to say the opinion is stupid for twelve minutes straight. This video displays how intolerant he is of other people’s opinions and how strongly he believes his own to be the only “intelligent” one.
- Basically thinks Japan is above every other country in the world and can do no wrong, always stresses that he’s half Japanese.
- Watches hentai everyday (to the point where it’s probably the reason why he has erectile dysfunction)
- Has claimed he wants to be a sociopath so he won’t have to feel anything.
● Incest(?)
- Monica is Shine’s cousin who lived with him in Alaska, and they both share the same last name, Schwingendorf.
- He says that she’s like a sister to him, despite there being possible images of him kissing her (?)

Ashley is a 15 year old girl who initially met Shine back in Feb. 2016, when she was 14 years old. They met over Snapchat and over the next few months, Shine sent her increasingly sexual messages. He would talk to her about his fetishes, the kind of porn he liked, his preferences in girls, and talked about how he really liked loli-type girls. He was especially obsessed with the fact that Ashley had never even kissed a boy before, and was a complete virgin.
Eventually, Ashley told Shine that she would be coming to Japan in the beginning of August. At this, Shine began to discuss having sex with her when she got to Japan. They also began to officially date at this time. The day she got to Japan, Shine took her right to the Apa Hotel in Sugamo, Tokyo where he filmed part of his Million Subscriber video and later had sex with her.
After this, Shine took Ashley to his house and refused to tell her mother their address and wouldn’t answer her when she called. For a week, he kept Ashley at his house and only let her leave to see her mom once. He became increasingly rude to her as the week went on, and refused to do anything about the UTI she developed. All of this transpired during the making of his million subscriber video, and is the reason why the video was delayed.

Since breaking up with her, he has mocked Ashley for having a panic attack to other girls and has made fun of her crying. He claimed that the reason she had a panic attack was because she thought they were dating and he told her they weren’t, so she broke down and had a panic attack.

Sleeping with him didn’t improve the situation, though. One time after sleeping together, he got up and walked out of the room, still completely naked, to talk to Kat.”

Wendy first met Shine around June 2016 at a meetup. At the meetup, she ended up being in one of his videos. A few days later, Wendy and Shine went out for the day around Tokyo and after, he mostly stopped talking to her.
After not speaking to her for 2 months, when Wendy messaged him again in September, he suddenly replied a lot and seemed interested in her. He asked her to hang out with him, and they went out a few times. Throughout this, Shine acted flirty with her, sending her kissy-emojis and such. He also told her about his past relationships with Lindsay and Ashley, both of whom he made fun of and lied about to her.
The first time Wendy went to his house, he tried to get her to sleep with him but she refused. The second time she slept over, he asked to sleep with her, but just cuddle. Things ended up escalating past this, however they did not have sex. In the end, Shine told her that he couldn’t have a girlfriend right now, despite leading her on the night before. After sleeping with her, Shine stopped talking to Wendy.
When Wendy thought her drink was possibly spiked and texted Shine, Shine was nonchalant about it and said that that “doesn’t happen in Japan.”
